Can I try it on?
Yes! Please send us a message and we can arrange a time for you to have a fitting at our home studio in Wellard. Please note that we operate on a first in best dressed policy and we cannot guarantee a specified item will be available for you to try. We recommend booking your try on earlier in the week as this is when most items are available.
When do I need to return my item?
Returns must be received by 7PM the following Monday. We are happy to work with your schedule and will arrange a time that suits when you make a booking. Please note that when a borrower returns an item late it impacts the lender’s ability to clean and prepare the item for the next borrower. In these situations, borrowers will be charged the cost of a standard 4-Day hire reimburse their lender for the disruption for each 4-day period that the item is late in being returned.
Can I have my item posted?
Yes! We offer return express postage for all our items. Send us a DM for a quote.
What if my item doesn't fit?
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds if your item does not fit. Please contact us if you need advice on sizing and we will provide you with a size guide from the designer of the item you are interested in.
What if my item doesn't arrive in time?
It is VERY rare that this happens, but on the off chance that your item does not arrive on the agreed upon date at the time of hire we are proud to offer you a full refund of the hire cost minus postage, once we have received your returned item in unworn condition.
How do I return my item via postage?
Please pack your worn garment in the original satchel and affix the provided return postage label over the original label. Please ensure that you take your return to your local post office by closing Monday so that the tracking number is scanned. Please note that fees will apply if you fail to do so as we must be able to track the item.
